 (1) A mixture of a metal powder and an organic binder is prepared by uniformly mixing the two powders in a certain proportion and performing laser sintering。
 (2) A mixture of two metal powders, one of which has a lower melting point, acts as a binder in the laser sintering process。
 (3) A single metal powder sintered to a unit, especially a high-melting metal, requires a melting temperature in a relatively short period of time. A laser with a large power is required。The biggest problem with direct metal sintering is that the porous structure is porous. The result is low parts density and poor mechanical properties。
